registered office address of 19 Peveril Road, Peel, Isle of Man, IM5 1PF. Please note this address is for correspondence, there is not a shop for personal callers at this address.

Due to space restrictions not all stock offered on this website is held in our shop for personal callers at the Groudle Glen Railway all the time. If you are making a special journey to see a particular item please do let us know and we will endeavour to have it available from our warehouse on the island for you to see.
Whilst all prices in magazine advertising are correct and available on this website and in our shop at the time the advert is prepared, it is inevitable that some prices or types of items stocked may have changed by the time the magazine is published.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We accept free reservations for items thet are not yet in stock, these are clearly indicated in the product description. For all other items we will attempt to send your order right away, but if your item is not in stock, and not due in within 3 working days, we will email you before deciding how to proceed.
When you make a reservation for an item we contract to purchase that item from the manufacturers on your behalf. By making your reservation you have agreed to complete your purchase by paying in full when advised stock is due in.
We insure all our parcels. Please look at the parcel for any obvious signs of damage before you sign for it. You are entitled to place a comment next to your signature, e.g. 'damaged' or 'unexamined', indeed if you wish you are entitled to ask the carrier to wait whilst you unpack an item that looks as if might be damaged.
It is your responsibility to contact us regarding any shortages or packing errors within 7 days of receipt of goods. You must check all items are exactly as ordered upon receipt.
We try to be accurate in our product descriptions, however occasionally a descriptive mistake can be made. In such a case we will be happy to refund in full if you are not happy that the item was fairly described. We cannot accept any consequential costs other than that of return postage.
Any credit card details you entered on this website are transmitted over a secure(SSL) link and processed by Actinic Payments using industry leading "Creditcall" software. This information is not transmitted to, or stored by, TrackShack. All systems used are Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant and subject to periodical robust testing techniques.
We do not disclose customers information to third parties other than what is required for payments to be collected, parcels to be carried, or work to be carried out under the manufacturers warranty. Sometimes, in these cases, the third party may need to disclose your details to another third party working as a subcontractor to them.
We do not use customers details for direct marketing initiatives of any kind, either by e-mail, telephone, or postal mail.
Cookies are used on this site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart and during the checkout stage. You can turn off cookies by going to 'Tools/Internet Options/Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. By blocking cookies you will be unable to place orders or benefit from other features that may use them.
All Accucraft models are covered by a one year manufacturers warranty on parts and labour, as long as they are cared for and operated according to the comprehensive instructions provided. The warranty does not cover neglect, misuse, or general wear and tear. We (TrackShack) do not provide any warranties ourselves and we exclude any warranties express or implied by statute, common law or of any other kind.
For all warranty repairs, please contact us in the first instance. We will liase with Accucraft UK who will then arrange with UK customers for the item to be collected by their couriers. Overseas customers will either need to arrange shipping of the item to and from the UK at their cost, or arrange for work to be done locally with parts supplied by Accucraft.
To make shipping easier in the event of your locomotive having to be sent for service, please retain ALL original packaging. Accucraft do not carry spare boxes in stock to return your model to you. If improperly packed to be sent to them, they cannot be responsible for any damage.
All dimensions given are approximate only, we do not guarantee that any particular model will fit a customers loading gauge, due to variations in track profiles and curve radius. The colours shown in the illustrations are representations only and are subject to printing variations.
Our products are only suitable for purchase by adults over the age of 18 years.
