Free reservation for Pennsylvania K-4 4-6-2 Live Steam Locomotive

AML is pleased to announce the production of PRR 4-6-2 locomotive in 1:29 scale live steam. The Pennsylvania Railroad’s K4 Pacific was one of the largest and most of successful classes of “Pacific” among the railways of the world. Line production began in 1914. Eventually 425 K4 were built. The standard colour was dark green. The PRR painted ten K4s Pacific Tuscan Red in 1927. #5409 was one of the engines painted tucsan red.
The models are internally butane gas fired and are constructed from brass, stainless steel and die-cast metal. Each boiler is individually tested and certified. Each model is handcrafted with experienced live steam modelers.

AML is pleased to announce the production of the famous B&O “DOCKSIDE” of the Baltimore Waterfront. Four switchers were built in 1912 by Baldwin for the B&O. Initially constructed as saddle tank engines, some were given tenders in later years. The diminutive size and short wheelbase were required to handle the tight curves of these lines.
The live steam AML models are butane gas fired and are constructed with steel frame, steel drivers, brass cab, and copper boiler. Each boiler is fitted with a water level glass and pressure gauge. The cab roof lifts up and tilts sideways to give easy access to the cab interior.
