Isle of Man G Van kit  Ref: IM001

This is a model of one of the G Vans used on the Isle of Man railway. This type was built on an old coach chassis which retained the same running gear and tie bars. All body work is of diagonal planking with double door in the middle of the van. The kit is made up of very accurate laser cut parts, so no sanding is required. All the detailed metal work is represented by metal castings and the brake gear is fully detailed. The kits come complete with all you require to build a fine scale model, including all steel wheel sets which are insulated, cast buffers, and cast scale axleboxes with brass bearings.
