These kits are a joint production between IP Engineering and Atlantic Publishers / Garden Rail magazine. They have been inspired by the Devon Belle Observation Car which used to run on the Atlantic coast line. Whilst not scale models they are a representation of what this type of coach would have looked like if they had been used on narrow gauge railways.

As with all the new kits this takes full advantage of IP Engineering's in house laser cutting machines, thus giving a very accurate kit which is very easily to build and is easy on the pocket.

As with all the kit this one comes complete with steel wheels, bogies, door handles, seats and couplings so nothing other than paint, glue and time is required to complete.
